Lucky Lucille and Tasha are having a vintage sew-along challenge featuring cotton fabric. Since I live in an area with many quilting fabric shops (and unfortunately only one real fabric shop that has fabric for actual garment sewing), it’s very easy for me to find cotton fabric. My inspiration is this dress (“Maybeline Dress”) by Heartbreaker Fashion:


What I like is the red bias tape accents around the neckline. Here’s the pattern I’m going to use from the early 1950s:
