So you bought or sewed that fabulous fifities-style dress with the circle skirt – now where can you get a good quality petticoat to help it stand out? Well, I just bought a “pettislip” and a crinoline from Pettiskirt Style, an online shop specializing in all things petticoat and they are divine!

Unlike the halloween costume-quality petticoats that are stiff, cheap and scratchy, Pettiskirt Style’s are soft, fluffy, fuller, and of a very high quality. And they come in every color under the sun! They say they take no shortcuts, never use scratchy tutu material like so many other companies who claim they use chiffon, and their waistbands are made from matching nylon/satin with an adjustable button inside to make the skirts waist smaller if needed.

And in so many colors!
